CSC Netheravon Terrace

The concept 'unity' revolves around the idea of having a connection between man and nature. This creates a feeling like a close knitted family, that would provide comfort as well as a sense of security making visitors feel at home. By incorporating more sunlight into the building also gives off a more natural feel and to also make the space feel more free.

One of the requirements when designing the building was that the overall facade of the building has to remain untouched as it is part of Singapore's history which CSC wanted to conserve. This thought me how to work around this, to come up with a whole new design which would attract more visitors to the chalet.
